bustaname.com and buydomains.com

I performed a search for a domain name on bustaname.com around the end of April 2008 and i have evidence in an email which i sent myself dated the 28th April 2008 which i was using to remind myself to confirm the domain name i had discovered with a client.

I logged back onto bustaname.com to purchase the domain name i had discovered, only to find it was now unavailable! So i decided to check who and when the domain was registered.

Strangely, it was registered for the first time, on 24th April 2008, around the time i began searching on bustaname.com, how strange and what a coincident.

I then discovered the domain has not been registered by a person or company to use but registered by buydomains.com and is actually up for sale!

Total abuse of service? where do i stand?
